이용약관
1. 목적
이 약관은 트리비게임즈(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 모바일 게임 「클래시 택티카」 등 게임 서비스와 관련 서비스(이하 “서비스”)를 이용할 때 회사와 이용자 사이의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 정합니다.
2. 정의
- “이용자”란 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 사람을 말합니다.
- “콘텐츠”란 서비스 안의 텍스트, 이미지, 사운드, 소프트웨어 등 일체를 말합니다.
- “유료 서비스”란 유료 아이템, 패스 등 대가를 지급해야 하는 서비스를 말합니다.
- “플랫폼”이란 Google Play, Apple App Store 등 제3자 앱 마켓과 그 결제 시스템을 말합니다.
3. 약관의 효력 및 변경
- 이 약관은 서비스 안에 게시하거나 연결 화면으로 제공할 때 효력이 생깁니다.
- 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 시행일과 개정 사유를 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 공지합니다.
- 이용자는 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 수 있으며, 이 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
4. 계정 및 보안
- 서비스는 게스트 계정으로 시작할 수 있으며, Google·Apple·Facebook 계정을 연동할 수 있습니다.
- 계정과 접속 기기의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 계정을 제3자에게 빌려주거나 양도·공유할 수 없습니다.
- 회사는 보안을 위해 비정상적인 접속을 차단하거나 제한하는 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
5. 서비스의 제공·변경·중단
- 회사는 안정적인 운영을 위해 정기 또는 임시 점검을 할 수 있습니다.
- 콘텐츠, 보상, 이벤트, 밸런스 등은 운영상 필요에 따라 바뀔 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 미리 공지합니다.
- 천재지변, 설비 장애, 통신 두절 등 불가피한 사유가 있으면 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
6. 유료 서비스, 결제, 청약철회 및 환불
- 결제는 각 플랫폼의 정책을 따르며, 구매 확인과 환불은 원칙적으로 플랫폼 절차로 진행합니다.
- 이용자는 구매일 또는 공급일로부터 7일 이내에 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다. 다만 이미 사용했거나 일부를 소비하는 등 가치가 현저히 줄어든 디지털 콘텐츠는 관련 법령에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
- 표시·광고와 다르거나 계약과 다르게 제공된 콘텐츠는 관련 법령에 따라 보상하거나 환불합니다.
- 정기 결제 상품은 해지하면 다음 결제일부터 결제가 중단되며, 이미 제공된 기간은 플랫폼 정책에 따라 환불되지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 이중 결제 등 결제 오류가 확인되면 지체 없이 정정하거나 환불합니다.
7. 미성년자 보호
- 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인은 그 거래를 취소할 수 있습니다.
- 취소를 요청할 때 회사는 미성년자와 법정대리인임을 확인할 수 있는 서류를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 미성년자의 과도한 결제를 막기 위한 상담 창구(support@tribgames.com)를 운영합니다.
8. 확률형 아이템 정보 공개
회사가 확률형 아이템을 제공하는 경우 아이템의 종류와 획득 확률 등을 관련 법령에 따라 게임 안에 공개하며, 변경 시 지체 없이 반영합니다.
9. 광고 및 제3자 서비스
- 서비스에는 광고와 이용 분석·오류 분석 도구가 포함될 수 있으며, 맞춤형 광고는 기기 또는 플랫폼 설정에서 조정할 수 있습니다.
- 제3자 서비스와 관련한 개인정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
10. 이용자의 의무 및 금지 행위
- 이용자는 관련 법령, 이 약관, 운영 정책을 지켜야 합니다.
- 타인의 권리 침해, 계정 거래, 불법 프로그램 사용·배포, 해킹·리버스 엔지니어링, 버그 악용, 부당한 환불 시도, 운영 방해 등은 금지됩니다.
- 회사는 금지 행위를 확인하면 경고, 이용 제한, 부당하게 얻은 재화 회수 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
11. 지식재산권
서비스와 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권 등 모든 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며, 이용자는 허용된 범위를 넘어 사용·복제·배포·변형할 수 없습니다.
12. 면책 및 책임 제한
- 천재지변, 전쟁, 공공 재난, 통신 장애 등 불가항력으로 생긴 손해에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 회사의 고의 또는 과실로 이용자에게 손해가 생긴 경우 관련 법령에 따라 배상합니다.
13. 서비스 종료
- 회사가 서비스를 종료하는 경우 종료일 30일 전까지 서비스 안에 공지합니다.
- 남아 있는 유료 아이템의 환불 또는 보상은 관련 법령과 플랫폼 정책에 따라 안내합니다.
14. 준거법 및 관할
이 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석하며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
15. 고객 지원
Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between TRIBGAMES (the “Company”) and users when using the Company’s mobile games, including Clash Tactica, and related services (the “Service”).
2. Definitions
- “User” means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- “Content” means all text, images, sounds, software, and other materials in the Service.
- “Paid Service” means any service that requires payment, such as paid items or passes.
- “Platform” means third-party app stores and their payment systems, such as Google Play and the Apple App Store.
3. Effect and Amendment
- These Terms take effect when posted in the Service or provided through a linked page.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
- Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service and terminate their agreement.
4. Accounts and Security
- The Service can be started with a guest account, and users may link a Google, Apple, or Facebook account.
- Users are responsible for managing their accounts and devices and may not lend, transfer, or share their accounts.
- The Company may block or restrict abnormal access to protect security.
5. Provision, Changes, and Suspension
- The Company may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance to keep the Service stable.
- Content, rewards, events, and game balance may change for operational reasons; material changes are announced in advance.
- The Service may be temporarily suspended due to unavoidable causes such as natural disasters, equipment failure, or network outages.
6. Paid Services, Withdrawal, and Refunds
- Payments follow each Platform’s policies, and purchase verification and refunds are generally handled through the Platform.
- Users may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of purchase or supply. Withdrawal may be limited by law for digital content that has already been used or partly consumed.
- Content that differs from its description or advertising, or that was not provided as agreed, is compensated or refunded in accordance with applicable law.
- Recurring purchases stop billing from the next billing date once canceled; periods already provided may be non-refundable under Platform policies.
- Payment errors such as duplicate charges are corrected or refunded without delay.
7. Protection of Minors
- If a minor makes a purchase without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel the transaction.
- The Company may request documents verifying the minor and the guardian when a cancellation is requested.
- The Company runs a support channel (support@tribgames.com) to help prevent excessive spending by minors.
8. Disclosure of Probability-Based Items
Where the Company offers probability-based items, it discloses the item types and drop rates in the game in accordance with applicable law and updates them promptly when they change.
9. Advertising and Third-Party Services
- The Service may include advertising and usage or crash analytics tools. Personalized ads can be adjusted in device or platform settings.
- Personal data processed through third-party services is governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
- Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and operating policies.
- Infringing the rights of others, trading accounts, using or distributing unauthorized programs, hacking or reverse engineering, exploiting bugs, abusing refunds, and disrupting operations are prohibited.
- If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Company may issue warnings, restrict use, or recover unfairly obtained items.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service and Content, including copyright, belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Users may not use, copy, distribute, or modify them beyond the permitted scope.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, public emergencies, or network failures.
- Where damage is caused by the Company’s intent or negligence, the Company compensates users in accordance with applicable law.
13. Service Termination
- If the Company ends the Service, it will announce this in the Service at least 30 days before the end date.
- Refunds or compensation for remaining paid items will be provided in accordance with applicable law and Platform policies.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
