이용약관

1. 목적

본 약관은 트리비게임즈(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 모바일 게임 및 관련 서비스(이하 “서비스”) 이용에 관한 회사와 이용자 간 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.

2. 정의

• “이용자”: 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자
• “콘텐츠”: 게임 내 텍스트, 이미지, 사운드, 소프트웨어 등 일체
• “유료서비스”: 유료 아이템, 구독, 패스 등 대가 지급이 필요한 서비스
• “플랫폼”: Google Play, Apple App Store 등 제3자 앱 마켓 및 결제 시스템

3. 약관의 효력 및 변경

• 본 약관은 서비스 내 게시 또는 연결화면 제공 시 효력이 발생합니다.
• 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 중요 변경은 사전 고지합니다.
• 이용자는 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 권리가 있으며, 미동의 시 서비스 이용이 제한되거나 이용계약이 해지될 수 있습니다.

4. 계정 및 보안

• 서비스 이용 시 플랫폼 계정 연동 또는 별도 계정 생성이 필요할 수 있습니다.
• 계정 및 접속기기 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 제3자에게 대여·양도·공유할 수 없습니다.
• 회사는 보안 강화를 위해 비정상 접속 차단, 접속 제한 등 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

5. 서비스의 제공·변경·중단

• 회사는 안정적 운영을 위해 정기·비정기 점검을 실시할 수 있습니다.
• 콘텐츠/보상/이벤트/밸런스 등은 운영상 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 중요 변경은 사전 고지합니다.
• 천재지변, 설비 장애, 통신 두절 등 불가피한 사유 발생 시 서비스가 일시 중지될 수 있습니다.

6. 유료서비스, 결제, 청약철회 및 환불

• 결제는 각 플랫폼 정책을 따르며, 구매 확인 및 환불은 원칙적으로 플랫폼 절차로 진행합니다.
• 청약철회: 구매(또는 공급)일로부터 7일 이내 가능. 다만 디지털콘텐츠 특성상 사용·개봉 등으로 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우 관련 법령에 따라 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 표시·광고와 다른 콘텐츠, 계약과 다르게 이행된 경우 등 하자 있는 콘텐츠는 법령에 따른 보상 또는 환불을 진행합니다.
• 구독/정기권: 해지 시 다음 결제일부터 효력 중지. 이미 제공된 기간은 환불되지 않을 수 있음(플랫폼 규정 우선).
• 이중과금 등 결제 오류 확인 시 지체 없이 정정 또는 환불합니다.

7. 미성년자 보호(결제 포함)

• 미성년자가 법정대리인 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 법정대리인은 그 거래를 취소할 수 있습니다.
• 취소 요청 시 회사는 미성년자 및 법정대리인 확인 서류 제출을 요구할 수 있습니다.
• 회사는 미성년자 과도 결제 방지를 위한 지원 창구를 운영합니다.

8. 확률형 아이템 정보 고지

게임 내 확률형 아이템을 제공하는 경우, 종류 및 획득확률 등 관련 정보를 합리적인 방식으로 고지하며, 변경 시 지체 없이 반영합니다.

9. 광고 및 제3자 서비스

• 서비스에는 광고 노출 또는 분석/오류 추적 도구가 포함될 수 있으며, 맞춤형 광고 설정은 OS/플랫폼 환경설정에서 조정할 수 있습니다.
• 제3자 서비스 이용과 관련된 개인정보 처리 사항은 개인정보처리정책을 따릅니다.

10. 이용자 의무 및 금지행위

• 관련 법령·본 약관·운영정책 준수 의무
• 금지행위: 타인 권리 침해, 계정 거래, 불법 프로그램 사용/배포, 해킹/리버스엔지니어링, 버그 악용, 부당 환불 시도, 운영 방해 등
• 회사는 금지행위 확인 시 경고, 이용제한, 데이터 회수 등 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

11. 지식재산권

서비스 및 콘텐츠의 저작권 등 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속되며, 이용자는 허용 범위를 넘어 사용·복제·배포·변형할 수 없습니다.

12. 면책 및 책임제한

• 천재지변, 전쟁, 공공 재난, 통신 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 손해에 대하여 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 회사의 과실로 인한 손해는 통상손해 한도 내에서만 배상합니다.

13. 서비스 종료 시 조치

• 서비스 종료가 결정될 경우 합리적 기간 전에 사전 고지합니다.
• 유료아이템 잔여분 환불·보상 안내를 위한 전담 창구를 운영합니다.

14. 준거법 및 관할

본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 관계 법령에 따른 관할법원에 제기합니다.

Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between TRIB GAMES (the “Company”) and users regarding the Company’s mobile game(s) and related services (the “Service”).

2. Definitions

“User,” “Content,” “Paid Service,” and “Platform” have their ordinary meanings as commonly used in mobile services (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store).

3. Effect and Amendment

The Terms take effect when posted in-app or via a linked page. The Company may amend them as permitted by law; material changes are notified in advance. Users who do not agree may stop using the Service; continued use constitutes acceptance.

4. Account & Security

The Service may require a platform-linked account. Users are responsible for managing accounts/devices and must not lend, transfer, or share credentials. The Company may block abnormal logins or restrict access for security.

5. Provision, Changes, Suspension

Maintenance may occur regularly or ad-hoc. Service elements (content/events/rewards/balance) may change; material changes are noticed in advance. Temporary suspension may occur due to force majeure, equipment failure, or network outages.

6. Paid Services, Withdrawal, Refunds

Billing follows platform rules. Withdrawal (cool-off) is generally available within 7 days from purchase/supply unless the digital content has been used, opened, or consumed such that value is significantly reduced as permitted by law. Defective content is compensated/refunded per law. Subscriptions end from the next billing cycle upon cancellation; provided periods may be non-refundable per platform policies. Duplicate billing errors are corrected/refunded without delay.

7. Minors (Purchases)

Guardians may cancel paid transactions concluded by minors without consent. Verification documents may be required. The Company operates channels to help prevent excessive spending by minors.

8. Probability-Based Items

Where probability-based items are offered, the types and acquisition probabilities are disclosed and promptly updated upon change.

9. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The Service may include advertising and analytics/crash tools; personalized ads can be adjusted in OS/platform settings. Personal data matters are governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. User Duties & Prohibited Acts

Users must comply with laws, these Terms, and policies. Prohibited acts include rights infringement, account trading, illegal program use/distribution, hacking/reverse engineering, exploiting bugs, abusive refund attempts, and interfering with operations. Measures may include warnings, restrictions, or rollbacks.

11. IP Rights

All rights in the Service and Content belong to the Company or rightful owners. Users may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify beyond permitted scope.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation

No liability for force majeure (natural disasters, war, public emergencies, network failures). Company liability for negligence is limited to ordinary (direct) damages actually incurred.

13. Termination Measures

If the Service is terminated, prior notice is given within a reasonable period, and a dedicated support channel guides refunds/compensation for remaining paid items, if any.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governing law: Republic of Korea. Disputes follow the competent courts under applicable procedures.
